Hat Yai woman pleads for help for some 100 stray dogs

A 56-year-old woman in Songkhla's Hat Yai district Tuesday begged for public help for some 100 stray dogs under her care.
Pongphan Tripralam, an odds job worker who lives behind a bus terminal in Hat Yai, said she has been taking care of some 100 stray dogs, many abandoned by their previous owners.
She said she did not earn enough to buy foods for them and had to beg for leftover foods and chicken bones for them. She said many of the dogs have fallen ill as well.
