The three fugitives are Pol Colonel Pairoj Rojanaka-chorn, Pol Lt-Colonel Thammawat Hirunya-lekha and Maj-General Suchart Prommai.
As for Anti-Human Trafficking Division’s deputy superintendent Pol Lt-Colonel Thanabat Prasertwit, Dechnarong said that since Thanabat’s supervisors had not yet issued a transfer order for him, they might be considering whether to suspend or dismiss him from civil service first. The Bangkok Military Court issued an arrest warrant for Thanabat on Tuesday.
Police will also check on Thanabat’s whereabouts and check if he has also fled the country, he added.
