Muslim man shot dead in Pattani
A Muslim man was killed in a drive-by shooting in Pattani Friday morning, police said.
Police said Masudee Sameng, 37, was shot three times by a pillion rider shortly after he left his wife’s house in Pattani’s Yaring district heading back to his house in Mayo district.
Police said they have yet to investigate whether the shooting was motivated by personal conflicts or it was an act of insurgency.
