Former Constitutional Court judge Chalermpol Ek-uru passes away

Former Constitutional Court judge Chalermpol Ek-uru collapsed and died Friday, police said.

He fainted apparently because of high blood pressure at noon while he was at home alone in Nakhon Pathom’s Samphan district. He was rushed to the Wichaivej Hospital in Samut Sakhon.
His driver, Prasan  Muangnil, told police that he drove Chalermpol’s wife outside and returned home to find the former judge lying unconsciously on the ground floor near the stairway. He rushed him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
