Phra Dhammachayo no show at police station in Pathum Thani

Phra Dhammachayo, the abbot of Dhammakaya Temple, failed to meet investigators of the Department of Special Investigation at Klong Luang police station in Pathum Thani at 2:30 pm Thursday as earlier promised.
His lawyer informed the DSI officials at the station that the abbot was about to travel to the police station but he happened to faint so he had to go to see doctors instead.
An army of monks and lay followers were waiting for the abbot outside the station. They dispersed after the lawyer informed the DSI officials that the abbot became sick and could not travel to the station.
