A source from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) said today that the TV channel aired some contents which breached the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO)'s order.
The NBTC's boardcasting panel convened today. The resolution was reached despite a plea submitted earlier today by red-shirt leader Weng Tojirakarn.
The TV channel was linked to the anti-coup Red Shirts. In April 2015, it saw the broadcasting licence revoked for breaching an agreement with the regulator as well as orders issued by the junta. The broadcasting resumed in July thanks to the Administrative Court's injunction.
