A 107-year-old woman became the eldest voter to cast vote in the charter referendum in Uttaradit.
Soi Arjpuang took about two minutes to cast her vote in Moo 5 village in Tambon Namphi in Thong Saenkhan district.
She exited the polling booth smilingly, saying she would not want to be an illegal person so she followed her granddaughter-in-law to vote.
