According to the lawyer of the accused, Vinyat Chartmontri, they were temporarily released on Bt200,000 bail each on condition that they could not leave the country without a court permission and not stir chaos.
The eight administers had run a Facebook page "We Love Gen Prayut" and were arrested in late April on charges of inciting unrest under the Criminal Code's Section 116 and breaching the 2007 Computer Crimes Act.
The page was alleged of making fun of Prime Minister and National Council for Peace and Order head Prayut Chanocha. It was then forceฌfully closed following the arrest.
The accused had been detained for 12 days before they were released on bail of 200,000 each in May, when the investigators sought the second detention.
