Bt2.733-bn budget bill passed in final reading

The National Legislative Assembly Thursday approved the Fiscal 2017 budget bill in the final reading, allocating a budget of Bt2.733 billion for government’s spendings in the next fiscal year.
The bill was passed with 183 to 2 votes. One NLA member abstained. The vote for the third reading was called after the NLA spent two and a half hours for deliberating the bill in the second reading.
