Thailand expects winder later this month

The Meteorological Department Tuesday predicted that the cold weather will arrive and start the winter later this month.
Methi Mahayossanan, the director of the Northern Meteorological Office, said the high pressure mass had covered the lower part of China and upper part of Laos, resulting in drop of temperature in the North of Thailand.
He said the high pressure mass would cause Thailand to have cold weather late September.
