True Online, TrueVisions allow customer in flood-hit provinces to delay fee payment
True Online and TrueVisions announced Tuesday that their customers in 12 flood-hit provinces can delay their payment of the Internet and subscription TV fees for one month.
The 12 provinces are Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Narathiwat, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Ranong, Surat Thani, Krabi, Trang, Pattani and Yala.
Suphakit Vuntanadit, Group Chief Commercial Officer and head of Commecial & Business Development TrueVisions, True Corporation PLC, said True Online has dispatched officials to check True Internet exchange centres in the flood-hit areas to ensure that its broadband Internet would not be cut off.
He said there are officials to watch Internet exchange centres in the flooded provinces on around the clock basis.
He added that customers of True Online and TrueVisions can request technicians to check their online and subscription TV equipment and officials will be dispatched as soon as possible.
