Techno Medical to pay share, cash dividend on May 18

Techno Medical Plc's board of directors has approved payment of a share dividend in the ratio of one new share to every 10 existing shares.
The board has also approved payment of a cash dividend of Bt0.0055555557 per share. The payment will go to shareholders registered as such on May 2.
Both the share and the cash dividend will be paid on May 18.
