Fynn Development introduces Bt800-m condo project
Fynn Development Co Ltd, a self-described “up and coming real estate development company”, has unveiled an Bt800 million residential project in Bangkok.
The company expects to sell out Fynn Sukhumvit 31 in eight months.
The units are fully furnished with a starting price of Bt166,500 per square metre.
Fynn Sukhumvit 31 is an eight-storey low-rise condominium with 63 units.
Chief executive Pongsethorn Jom Salakshana said the “modern luxury condominium” used premium materials and was designed to allow residents to create an environment that suited their lifestyle.
There are four unit types – one bedroom (36-48sq m), two bedroom (70-80sq m), three bedroom (113-117sq m), and penthouse (150-400sq m). Prices start from Bt5.99 million.
In 2017, the company plans to introduce two more real estate projects worth Bt500 million in total.
One is a town house project and the other a downtown condominium project.
