Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha seems keen to show that he is not above the law.
On Friday he selfied himself sitting in the back seat of a car, comfortably buckled up in a seatbelt. The surprise posting, which has been confirmed to be genuine, comes after he used the power of Article 44 to order that the driver and all passengers travelling in vehicles must buckle up for safety.
