Father and two young sons killed in collision in Ratchaburi
A father and his two young sons, aged 5 and 3, were killed in Ratchaburi on Monday night when their motorcycle was hit by a speeding pick-up truck, police say.
Witnesses told police that the white pick-up truck fled the scene after the accident at 10pm on the Ratchaburi-Pikul Thong road in Tambon Pikul Thong in Muaeng district.
The father, Charnchai Charoenphol, 24, and his sons, Wasin Charoenphol, 5, and Captain Charoenphol, 3, died at the scene. The mother, Nussara Leekimhui, 21, who was also on the motorcycle at the time of the accident, was rushed to a provincial hospital.
Police are still searching for the white pick-up.
