Direct sales revenue grows 2-3% in Q1, association says

The Thai Direct Selling Association (TDSA) has reported revenue growth of 2-3 per cent in the first quarter compared with the same period in 2016, despite the challenging market conditions during the economic slowdown.

TDSA president Suchada Theeravachirakul attributed the growth to a business model that allows young people to be successful entrepreneurs, a wide range of products and prices, and digital technology.
The direct-sales business is projected to grow by around 5-8 per cent this year.
