Chon Buri launches Amazing Pattaya Seafood Festival
The annual Amazing Pattaya Seafood Festival 2017 kicked off on Friday night at the Pattaya beach.
Governor of Chon Buri province Phakkarathorn Thienchai and Witthaya Khunpluem, governor of the Chon Buri Administrative Organisation, jointly presided over the opening ceremony at 7pm on Friday.
The festival is being jointly organised by the Chon Buri Provincial Administrative Organisation, Pattaya City, the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Pattaya Tourism Business Operators Association.
More than 200 booths from seafood restaurants in Pattaya and other eastern coast provinces will be dishing out their fare until Sunday, to the accompaniment of music performances by popular Thai bands.
