Impact Growth REIT records Bt998 million net profit for fiscal year

The trust will pay its fourth dividend at Bt0.15 per unit and a total of Bt0.66 per unit for the fiscal year. 
It plans to utilise a marketing campaign to boost international and domestic meetings, said Wanphen Mungpiensakul, managing director of RMI Co Ltd. the REIT manager of Impact Growth Real Estate Investment Trust (Impact Growth REIT).
She added that Impact Growth REIT expected its service income to reach Bt2.04 billion in the 2017/18 fiscal year, an increase of 7 per cent on the year, and its average occupancy rate to be higher than 50 per cent, with 10 new events. 
There are 1,000 events scheduled for Impact Muang Thong Thani for the 2017/18 fiscal year.
