Police say responding to third incident in London

LONDON - Police said they were responding to a third incident in Vauxhall in south London on Tuesday following reports of a van hitting pedestrians on London Bridge and stabbings at nearby Borough Market.

Police said armed officers had responded to the incident in Borough Market and "shots have been fired".
