Central Group denies taking a stake in NMG

In a statement following recent reports of the sale of shares in NMG by Digital Sky Holdings Limited to Chit Lom Limited, the Central Group said neither the Group nor any of its subsidiaries or any member of the Chirathivat family had purchased shares in NMG.
The Central Group also denied any kind of relationship or involvement with Chit Lom Limited Company.
The statement also clarified that the Central Group does not own any shares in Post Publishing Public Company Limited. The reported shareholding is purely a personal shareholding and the Central Group itself has no policy to invest in media businesses.
