More than 20,000 gather at Bitec Bang Na to offer funeral flowers

More than 20,000 mourners gathered at Bitec Bang Na where a Royal Cremation replica is located to place funeral flowers in honour of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
People started arriving at 5am, and by 7am the designated space for 20,000 had been occupied.
The rest of mourners formed a queue more than one kilometre long stretching to Soi Bang Na 4.
The inbound Bang Na-Trat road became congested with a line of vehicles queuing in front of Central Bang Na shopping mall.
