The 27-year-old is alleged to have live-streamed a vidoe that included a shot of her 24-year-old boyfriend Nuttawuth Boonrapsap’s penis on January 4. The clip then went viral, prompting Apinya to delete the Instagram story and issue an apology for the “accident”.
The Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) has been tasked with determining whether she had violated the law by uploading pornographic images onto a computer system accessible to the public.
The source said the actress told the investigators that she shot the video clip but had no ill-intention, as she didn’t notice at the time that it also included her boyfriend's private part.
The source said police advised her to bring assets to apply for a bail release when they meet at 10am on February 15.
The charge in question carries a punishment of up to three years in jail and/or a Bt60,000 fine.
