Phuket battles heavy flooding
Phuket’s major arteries are clogged by floods creating havoc during rush hour.
The Marine Office has issued a warning for boats heading to sea on Thursday.
Rain from the west started around 3am and continued until at least 9am.
The island’s main artery, Thepkasattri Road, and the busy Samkong underpass intersection have been heavily flooded in Phuket Town.
