Sorawit Thaneeto, director general of the Livestock Development Department, said the meat weighing a combined 1,900 kilograms was found in Suan Luang and Yannawa districts.
The required import documents and certificates of origin were presented, so it was believed the pork was smuggled from abroad.
The concern is that it could carry the virus that causes African swine fever, Sorawit said.
Officials had yet to identify the owners of the cold-storage rooms so the suspected smugglers could be located, he said.
