Tour guide who can’t speak Thai arrested at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Officers are investigating the supposed tour guide, who was carrying a legal guide licence but was unable to speak Thai during questioning, nor was he able to read or write the language.
Tourist Police at the airport arrested the man in the passenger terminal, after he became angry and shouted out loud when questioned by officers. 
Authorities are now checking to see whether he is in fact Thai and actually has a legal tour-guide licence.
