Spanish man arrested in Bangkok for allegedly growing marijuana plants

A Spanish man was arrested after police allegedly found marijuana plants in his house.

Din Daeng police went to check a house in the Chom Thong district of Bangkok on Friday (June 26), after the marijuana plants were detected.
Police allegedly found 35 plants and a greenhouse in the house, together with a vacuum sealer, plastic bags, and scales.
The house was owned by a Spanish man aged 42, who was charged with producing the narcotic.
The operation is cracking down on more people involved in the marijuana network. The house owner informed police that he had grown the plants on the third floor of his house, and had done it for around three months.
