WEH removes controversial majority shareholder from board
Wind Energy Holding (WEH) held a shareholders meeting on Thursday (September 10) and resolved to dismiss Nop Narongdej from its board and have shareholder Pradej Kitti-itsaranon take his post.
Nop is facing several lawsuits, and some of them are related to WEH, which the board believes is affecting the company adversely.
In the meeting, more than half of the shareholders voted to dismiss Nop and have Pradej take his place.
