The department advised small boat to stay ashore and all ships to proceed with caution and keep away from thundershower areas from November 12 to 14.

South (west coast): Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 60 per cent of the areas and isolated heavy rain; temperature lows of 22-24 degrees, highs of 31-34 degree Celsius; waves 1-2 metres high and 2 metres during thundershowers.
