New Covid-19 cases exceed 3,000, with 24 more deaths

The Ministry of Public Health on Saturday morning reported 3,052 new Covid-19 cases during a 24-hour period, 605 of them in prisons.

The ministry also reported 24 deaths.

Meanwhile 2,900 patients were cured and allowed to leave hospitals.

Cumulative cases in the country reached 126,118 with 759 deaths.
