Massage shops, parks and beauty clinics reopen in Bangkok
Traditional Thai massage shops in Bangkok reopened on Monday after disease control measures were eased for five types of public venues.
However, the shops were only allowed to provide foot massage.
Meanwhile, strict Covid-control measures remain in place at massage outlets and other venues permitted to open on Monday.
According to an announcement on Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha's Facebook post on Saturday, the five venues allowed to reopen are:
▪︎ Museums and ancient sites
▪︎ Parks and botanical gardens
▪︎ Beauty clinics
▪︎ Health massage establishments (only foot massage)
▪︎ Nail salons and tattoo shops.
