Coining the honours
Shirley Gems marks His Majesty the King’s seventh-cycle birthday anniversary with collectable jewellery amulet coins.
They’re made of silver coated with 24-karat gold and pink gold and decorated with artificial pearls and Swarovski crystals.
Available in two tones, turquoise-and-gold and pastel pink-and-gold, the fashionable coins can be adapted into pins or necklaces. They cost Bt3,000 apiece with part of proceeds going to His Majesty’s charity projects.

The eyes have it
Model Linda Evangelista is the new face of Chanel’s spring-summer eyewear collection.
She poses in oversized sunglasses that playfully evoke the 1960s as well as the range of eyeglasses, which has a more serious, scholarly feel.
The arms of the frames are dressed in patent lambskin, with the signature Coco Chanel initials a discreet silhouette on the leather.
Chanel’s codes of black and white combine with a quilted effect to create a revisited classic on an optical frame. And with bold shades of yellow, blue, green, orange and red, there’s a fusion of fashion with high technology.
See them for yourself at the Chanel Boutiques in Siam Paragon and Gaysorn.
Timelessly slim
Gucci Timepieces has launched an extension to its range of G-Timeless watches for men, in three variants.
The G-Timeless Slim, designed by creative director Frida Giannini, captures all the elements of the classic G-Timeless model, with a modified, more streamlined design.
This is achieved through the specific materials and colours used, and an extra-thin 6mm case, set off by the larger, 40mm size.
The G-Timeless Slim is available in three variants: A camel leather strap is teamed with an anthracite dial, while the dark brown version is complemented by an ivory face. The stainless steel variant, with its anthracite dial and supple mesh bracelet is not only comfortable to wear, but introduces notions of a minimalist aesthetic to the range.
