PACE Development Corporation, recently held a reception to unveil “MahaSamutr” – Hua Hin’s first truly high-end Villa-and-Hua Hin Country Club resort development. Located at Hua Hin Soi 112 on a plot of more than 120 rai, MahaSamutr features luxury villas set around Asian’s first man-made clearwater lagoon complete with a white sand beach.
The project was unveiled in an event held at Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel. PACE chief executive Sorapoj Techakraisri welcomed the guests who included MahaSamutr’s star spokesmodels Patcharapa Chaichue, Ananda Everingham and Mario Maurer.
Wrapping up the night was a performance of two specially written songs “MahaSamutr” and “MahaNakhon” by Burin of Groove Riders and Khanngoen Nuanual of Thaitanium.
All the proceeds raised from the sales of Hua Hin Country Club membership are being donated to the Chaipattana Foundation.
“Our commitment is to develop projects that are unique and original,” Sorapoj said. “In Bangkok, we are building MahaNakhon, which will be the tallest building in Thailand. For MahaSamutr in Hua Hin, we are working with a team of world-class professionals and using cutting-end technologies in design and construction, as well as in interior decoration, restaurants and sports programmes.”
MahaSamutr’s Luxury Villas offer a panoramic view of the massive lagoon that spans 45 rai. There are 90 villas each covering 550-600 square metres on a 200-square wah plot. Prices start from Bt35 million.
Patcharapa said, “If I have a chance to visit MahaSamutr, the first thing I will do is swim in the lagoon, which is clean and safe. I’ll also enjoy the luxury of all the services, including the spa and fitness centre, watch movies in the exclusive theatre in the project and savour the dishes in the Michelin-starred restaurant.”
Ananda commended MahaSamutr and particularly the man-made lagoon while Mario said he couldn’t wait to visit the Hua Hin Country Club and have fun kayaking, windsurfing and diving.
