I have come up with a brilliant suggestion on how to solve Thailand’s water-shortage problem.
Why doesn’t the junta in its infinite wisdom use its unlimited power to tell Thais that, if during the Songkran festival they waste one bucket of water or shoot one water pistol, they will be summoned to a police station for “attitude readjustment”?
After consulting experts throughout the world and using my own infinite wisdom, I have come to the conclusion that the best way to stop wasting water is to stop wasting water! Finally, after all these years, my college education is being put to good use.
