Geoff Bellingham of L’Oreal (Thailand) and Wilasinee Parnurat of Nyx Thailand were the hosts for the “Anniversary” festivities, treating “Nyxters” to fun activities like building a tower of 6,000 lipsticks.
A vast “Train Case” held samples of the thousands of Nyx products for partygoers to take home.
At Horizons, the theme was “Cosmic Metallic” for a party that included a fashion show of designer Milin Yuvacharuskul’s “Too Glam to Give a Damn” collection, featuring wild makeup and a finale by Chalita Suansanae.
Pakorn Chatborirak made a surprise appearance on the runway before handing over the stage to Kasidit Samniang for a mini-concert.
“Cosmic Metals” is the name of the latest collection from Nyx, all futuristic tools and hues that shine like the stars in the galaxy. Cosmic Metals Lipstick comes in 16 funky colours (Bt325 each) and Cosmic Metals Shadows in six tones (Bt355).
They’re available all 13 Nyx shops as well as seven EveAndBody shops and at www.Lazada.co.th/nyx-thailand.
Until April 30, professional makeup artists can submit videos of themselves in action to compete in the Nyx Face Awards Thailand. The winner will get to attend a “special effects” course in Los Angeles – an excursion valued at more than Bt500,000.
Nyx is on Facebook at “Nyx Cosmetics” and YouTube at “Nyx Thailand”.
