Teaming up with the Red Devils

Manchester United’s large-scale fan party #ILOVEUNITED is coming to Thailand on May 14.

. Taking place at CentralWorld, the party will offer Thai fans an evening of entertainment, giveaways and competitions courtesy of the club’s commercial partners, culminating in a live-match screening of Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United.

Global ambassador Bryan Robson, a former coach of the Thailand national team, and United legend Mikael Silvestre will both attend the event.

The former United players will meet fans and sample local culture before the main fan viewing party, where they will take part in an on-stage Q and A, share personal anecdotes from their time at the club and give pre and post-match analysis of the game.

“With 19.5 million followers, we’re proud to have a very loyal and passionate fan base in Thailand. We work hard to engage with our global family of fans and we’re greatly helped by our commercial partners, who continue to come up with new, interactive ways to celebrate the passion for this great football club. This is the final event in the #ILOVEUNITED series for this season and the club has been overwhelmed by the response we have received. Each event has created some unforgettable scenes and, we hope, many great memories for our fans,” says Manchester United’s group managing director Richard Arnold.

Among the activities will be the chance for Thai United fans to win the trip of a lifetime to Old Trafford once they’ve put their footballing skills to the test. A 3v3 tournament on a small-sided pitch will be overseen by Manchester United Soccer School coaches. Fans should register their interest by visiting www.manutd.com/Thailand3v3. Applications will be entered into a ballot and successful teams notified via email prior to the event.

#ILOVEUNITED Thailand is free but fans need to apply online for tickets by visiting www.ManUtd.com/ILoveUnitedThailand no later than May 6. Applications will then be entered into a ballot, with tickets issued at random. Successful applicants will be notified by email no later than May 8.
