All this month Crab Shack Bangkok restaurant inside Central Chidlom’s seventh floor Food Loft is shining the spotlight on soft shell crab.

Diners can enjoy these tasty delicacies as tempura with a choice of sauce, in a spicy Thai lemon and Sriracha sauce, with salted egg yolk, poured over pasta with a sweet basil sauce and with garlic and black pepper.
