Fact check: Is there no blood on Trump’s hands?

MONDAY, JANUARY 15, 2018

Clara Holzer stretches reality to breaking point, and as before is quite loose with the facts.

Incredibly, she informs us that Trump “doesn’t have blood on his hands”, while some of the “fine people” – the extremists in his base – are complicit in the murder of one of their opponents in Charlottesville; he is on the record as exhorting some of his white supremacist base to go and “beat the crap” out of protesters, an act certain to involve bloodletting.
As for the conspiratorial drivel about Clinton, let us remember that the dismemberment of Libya (a Trumpian “shithole”, no doubt) is a direct and verifiable result of the start of the so-called Arab Spring in neighbouring Tunisia (another African “shithole”?). So much for that staggering piece of “reasoning”.
Holzer’s superficial grasp of facts is further compounded by her grossly fallacious statement that Hillary Clinton was involved in “collusion with Russia regarding the sales of plutonium”. Tripe. Get your facts in order, Holzer. Instead of racing to get total drivel printed here, kindly note it was uranium, NOT plutonium, and it is presumably capable of being refined to weapons-grade. Like you freely sell strategic material to a major nuclear power rival with its own uranium resources. Moreover, Russia doesn’t have a licence to export uranium outside the United States, so, as Oilprice.com noted, “it’s somewhat disingenuous to say [this] uranium is now Russia’s, to do with it what it pleases”.
If she is going to quote the serial liar Trump, treat what he says with extreme caution. Further to the Hillary stuff: do not insult our intelligence, as Trump does routinely, by claiming it’s of any importance when it evidently is not.
These glaring inadequacies sum up Holzer’s entire flawed opinion.
