Thailand remain invincible in AFF Cup

Thailand scored their second win in the AFF Suzuki Cup after they came back from a sluggish start to beat Indonesia 4-2 in front of the 37,000 fans at the Rajamangala National Stadium on Saturday.

Eight days after crushing over Timor Leste 7-0, the defending champion surprisingly lost the opening goal in the 29th minute created by Zulfiandi Zulfiandi before fighting back with four straight goals by Korakot Wiriya-udomsiri (38th minute), Pansa Hemviboon (48th), Adisak Kraisorn (65th) and Pokkhao Anan (74th).

Indonesia reduced the gap to 2-4 in the 89th minute by the attempt of Fachruddin Wahyudi Adryanto, which was the last goal of the game.

Thailand now dominates Group B with two wins from two matches. They will play away game on Wednesday in Bacolod, Philippines in the game between two invincible teams of the group.
