Children should be protected from religious indoctrination
Re: “A short lesson in the difference between belief and knowledge”, Have Your Say, yesterday.
In support of Bangkok Atheist, it has long been my contention that if religions were not allowed to indoctrinate four-year-olds and people had to be 15 before they were introduced to the subject, there would be few takers. I seriously believe it is time to take religion out of the public domain and restrict it to private homes where the congregation of a few people wouldn’t disturb the rest of the population and give rise to anger and conflict.
