The movie was directed by British director Paul Spurrier while Somtow wrote the script and produced it. He also played the lead role as “Dr Arun”.

Somtow said that he had produced the movie to help musicians as they could not perform during the Covid-19 situation.

He also composed the main theme “The Tongues of Angels” to convey the story of Dr Aruns’s complexity, confusion, and pain that mix together with happiness and sadness.
