Ashlee Nicole Nino has been identified as the drummer accompanying Thai guitarist Nene Royal in the America’s Got Talent (AGT) 2026 final in the United States, following confusion with The Warning’s Paulina Villarreal.
The mix-up followed a backstage visit by Villarreal and her bandmates to support Nene. Their appearance prompted some fans to assume that The Warning drummer had also taken part in Nene’s competitive performance, but subsequent reporting identified Nino as the drummer from AGT’s own music team.
Nene Royal, whose real name is Rattikarn Amloy, performed “Seven Nation Army” in the final, bringing the Thai guitarist and her accompanying musicians to the attention of viewers.
Nino’s forceful drumming supports Nene’s rock performance
Nino provided heavy drum accompaniment to Nene’s rendition of “Seven Nation Army”. The red-haired musician played with power and energy, supporting the Thai contestant’s performance.
Nino’s appearance also drew attention to the musicians who help deliver AGT’s performances from behind the scenes. As the programme’s house drummer, Nino is part of its regular music team, rather than a member of The Warning.

Nino calls Nene’s final a favourite from six seasons
Nino posted an Instagram Story after the performance, tagging Nene and expressing her admiration for the Thai musician. The message placed the final among her favourite performances from the past six seasons and included a wish to visit Nene in Thailand.
“This girl!!! My heart is so full for her. One of my all time favorite performances in the last 6 seasons! Can't wait to visit you in Thailand!!!” Nino wrote.
