Elsewhere in the news, Varathep is challenged by the Constitution Court for not being qualified. Where is the evidence that, in government, any qualification is needed other than the ones given above? Does a foreign minister need to communicate to foreigners? Can he not give a passport to any criminal he fancies? Is he brought to book for his shortcomings or is he promoted? No wonder the Constitution Court is up for the chop.
