No right to amend the highest law

I always like Somsak Pola’s sarcasm. This letter is his best, and quite right in supporting the right of Pheu Thai’s initiative in constitutional amendment. But, mark my words, be it the charter of a sports club or a condominium, a super-majority more than a simple majority is called for, short of the amendment being referred to a referendum of eligible voters amounting to 30 million people.
