The government regards retirees in fields such as education, engineering and the arts as a burden rather than an asset. The government should utilise these people’s services to teach our children, both in school and on developmental projects.
Second, the females. Women here are not sufficiently recognised for their leadership qualities and ability to contribute to family and society. It’s time the government destroyed this glass ceiling.
Third, the children. It’s inarguable that our country’s future depends on our future generations. Hence, the education system must be reformed.
The trouble with our country is that it keeps producing intellectuals, not doers who can compete in the world of rat-race economic competition.
