Young artists from Kamikaze, a subsidiary of RS Public, recently marked the upcoming new year with the charity activity, “Kamikaze Give & Share 2015”, having fun with and sharing food with the disabled children at Ban Rachawadee Ying Home.
Four-Mod, Fay Fang Kaew, Waii, Kanomjeen, Thankyou, 3.2.1, and Newcomer featuring Third, Mark, Porsche, Makorn and Pluem, served a hearty lunch to the kids and played games with them before presenting a donation to superintendent Wimonpan Kunjaethong.
The young singers pushed three trolleys of the popular pig offal soup known as “kuay jub nam khon” before splitting into three groups to handle the serving. Waii and Gavin, Poppy and TJ of 3.2.1 were responsible for dishing up the noodles into the bowl while Fay Fang Kaew, Third and Mark topped them up with the offal and eggs in brown sauce. Mod and Newcomer handled the last step: spooning on the dark soup.
After lunch, the artists played musical chairs, balloon stomp, and ice doll with the kids, who were also with the gifts they received.
Hatai Sarawutpaiboon, vice president of Kamikaze’s music business, surprised Poppy and Fay, both of whom were born in December, with a birthday cake.
“Every time we look at the smiling faces of those children and hear them laughing, we feel very happy,” said Four. “A Happy New Year from all of us!”
