Some coverage of attacks seems to tarnish the military unfairly

It is discouraging to see some of the media coverage of the people apprehended for the latest pipebomb and grenade attacks where the military is made to look like the main wrongdoers and the ones who caused the harm.

It feels a little odd too that people behind these explosives, which could have caused so much pain by killing and injuring innocent people, are crying about violence by the military, without any convincing proof.
It also seems like some are trying to belittle what has
happened by ridiculing the military’s use of the term “bomb”, as if it was only
harmless “firework”.
And then there is also the talk about “the empty parking lot”,  giving you the impression that since there were no people there, it wasn’t such a big crime.
Of course, torturing people in custody  is just as bad as throwing war grenades on innocent people.
The police have the remnants of the home-made bomb and the war grenade as proof of violence, but there are only “claims” by the dangerous apprehended people who have chosen to argue politically by using potentially lethal
explosives.
