Forever young with Praew
Nineteen former “Praew Girls and Guys”, winners of the popular model contests organised by Praew magazine, are making a comeback on May 13 in the “Scotch Forever Young Present Noom Saw Praew Reunion”.
The contest, which was launched in 1984 and ran until 2002, sent many would-be stars to the showbiz stratosphere where a fair number remain today working as actors, actresses, TV show host and news anchors. The former young models attending the reunion include Busakorn Wongpuapan, Nawat “Pong” Kulrattanarak, Arisara Kamtorncharoen, Kanokporn Losiri and Dom Hetrakul.
The reunion event aims to inspire people to take care of themselves and look good even they age. Members of the public are encouraged to take part in a special campaign by posting a recent picture to Facebook or Instagram with a public post setting, Applicants, who must be under 30, should also provide their own definition of “Forever Young” with hashtags #your age #ScotchForeverYong.
The campaign runs from April 1-30 and the 60 winners will be announced on May 2 at facebook/Praew magainze. They will then take part in an audition on May 6 that will whittle their number down to 30.
