1st Thailand Mixed Q-School to Kick Off at Lake View
The first Qualifying School of the Thailand Mixed hosted by TrustGolf will tee off at Lakeview Resort and Country Club between March 1-3 in Cha Am, Phetchaburi.
The qualifying competition will offer tour cards to top 20 finishers for category 10 (in case of two or more players at tied 20th, countback starting with the back nine holes will be taken into consideration. If players are still tied, back six holes and back three will be compared respectively, and if still undecided, hole by hole scores will be used to determine the winner.) to compete in all Thailand Mixed series this season.
However, in order to be eligible for the TrustGolf Tour in 2023, amateur players who successfully earn their cards through the Q-School must turn professional only (Contact Tour Manager for further enquiry). Players must have at a minimum handicap of 5 as verified by their clubs in order to be qualified for the Q School.
Co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour of Australia and WPGA Tour of Australia, the Thailand Mixed, the only local tour which pits the men against the women, has entered its third consecutive season. A total of five circuits will be held on the 2023 calendar. The tour serves up as a springboard for Thai players to hone their talents before they compete on the global stage.
The Thailand Mixed presented by TrustGolf is organized by TrustGolf, an indoor training center with advanced technology. The tour is supported by the Sports Authority of Thailand, National Sports Development Fun, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Bangkok Bank, B.
