The Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation reported that a Caravan aircraft crashed in Kanchanaburi at 10.10am during exercises.

Both the instructor, Capt Tarun Amanan, and newbie pilot, Suksan Chongsatientham, were found dead.
