Mexican standoff in Bangkok
Modern Mexican cuisine with an Aussie factor is all set to delight foodies next Tuesday (June 27) as Touche Hombre host in the next in its series of Taco Tuesday x Kaidao parties complete with lots of tequila and mezcel.
Starting at Bt95, the dishes include Grilled Chicken de Habanero served with achiote, habanero, queso fresco and pico de gallo, Baja California made with fried market fish, chipotle mayo and green apple slaw and Pato Y Foie Gras, roast duck and sear foie gras, pueblo red mole and orange.
Also on the menu are Spanish Octopus & Chorizo paired with pistachio arbol, lime and avocado, Roasted Pork Belly Pastorwith achiote chilli sauce, pineapple and white onion salsa and Patatas Huevo, a comfort dish of cripsy potato, salsa verde and fried egg.
Alicia Warner, Mc Dakotaa Jade, Erroneous Monk, DJ Aopsher and Unda entertain with hiphop, R&B and rap performances.
